Completed ‘cost to serve’ modelling using Process Mapping and IE methods.

Set up an export office following MBO of a division of a global food conglomerate.
Ergonomic design of office layout along with furniture and equipment.
Implemented processes to ensure all export orders were managed across multiple factories to strict timelines.
