Completed ‘cost to serve’ modelling using Process Mapping and IE methods.
Combined efforts reduced costs through efficiency improvements, reduced shrinkage and lower staff turnover and absence.

Set up an export office following MBO of a division of a global food conglomerate.
Ergonomic design of office layout along with furniture and equipment.
Implemented processes to ensure all export orders were managed across multiple factories to strict timelines.
