Selection and commercial negotiation with carriers and wast disposal partners including adoption of security protocols and flow-down liabilities.

International Inbound Supply Solution for a Global Personal Care Manufacturer.

Designed and implemented a pan-European supply network for cosmetics produced at a new facility in the Far East.
Implemented a network of de-consolidation centres across Europe.
The incoterms were EXW to enable solid commercial management of all aspects of the service.

Set up Freight Control Towers for three major manufacturers.

Set up freight management, audit & expediting services from the same service centre.
Implemented customs and tax using deferment measures to improve cash flow.
